We are a resident-owned 55 and older community. We are located in the outskirts
of the quaint, picturesque and historic community of the City of Palmetto in Manatee
County, Florida.
Our community has a lot to offer. We invite you to come and visit us on site. Find

| Let me start the year by wishing you all a Happy | |
| New Year and a very prosperous future. |
As we prepare to go into the new year, we approach it with great hope and
expectation. Our economy shows signs of a promising recovery and even the
weather, with La Nina in control, promises a milder winter.
This year, as in other years, new challenges lay ahead of us. We must step
forward to face and address every one of them. Do not be discouraged or
frustrated, as it is the challenges we overcome that give value to our lives.
Last year I proposed a challenge to you. This year, the challenge continuous.
Step up to the plate and deliver!
Remember that on Thursday January 19 at 7:00 pm the Rec. Association is
having their Annual Meeting. Do not miss it, and if you cannot attend, please
send in your proxy so that a quorum can be attained.
The January 2012 Newsletter, is now available on this web site.
For those of us who like to keep track of the weather, I encourage you to go to
the "noaa" (National Hurricane Center) web site. They offer a variety of options
to view present and past storms, pictures and videos of such storms and much,
