| The Time has Come for a New Dawn. In with the New and | |

As most of you know by now, The TCM BOD has entered into a new contract
(effective June 1, 2012) with a different management company.
A lot of work has been done in this endeavor. Many hours of relentless pursuit
and soul searching has brought us to this point. It did not happen overnight but
gradually through time, years in my estimate.
Is this the right decision? Well, only time will tell. We think it is! A lot of changes
are coming our way, and, ultimately, the responsibility to make it work will fall on
all of us.
Now is not the time to regret and complain or rejoice and celebrate. It is the
time, however, to stand together and forge to the New Dawn.
