FEBRUARY 4-11, 2012: Larry announced the next cruise for 2012 – It will be on the Crown Princess and will visit Princess Cay and the islands of Curacao and Aruba. Information is available in the clubhouse. ¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨ COFFEE HOUR: Coffee hour is held every Saturday morning from 9:00-10:00 (from October through April, as long as we have volunteer hosts/hostesses). Our first coffee hour of the season will be on Saturday, October 1. Please check the clubhouse for more information or to sign up to be hosts/hostesses. If you are new to the park and would like to host a coffee hour and do not know what to do, please contact Bonnie Huff (734-664-7764). SEPTEMBER 5, 2011 – LABOR DAY DINNER: Labor Day dinner is scheduled for Monday, September 5 at 1:00 p.m. Please check the bulletin board in the clubhouse for additional information. You may also call Rose Dander (722-5051), if you have questions. Please sign up ahead of time in the Clubhouse. SEPTEMBER 15, 2011 – PIZZA PARTY: We will have a pizza party on September 15 at Fire and Stone on Cortez Rd. Rides are available, if needed. There is a signup sheet in the Clubhouse. Those needing rides may meet at 1:00 p.m. at the Clubhouse that day. Please check the bulletin board for further information. OCTOBER 5, 2011 – DINNER AT BEENIE’S: Beenie’s is on 41 in Ruskin, and we are having a dinner there on October 5. Rides are available to those that need them. Meet at 3:30 p.m. that day at the Clubhouse. Please sign up in the Clubhouse, and check the bulletin board for further information. WINE AND CHEESE EVENT: More information forthcoming at a later time. TOUR OF THE PORT OF MANATEE: We plan to schedule a tour of the Port of Manatee, after they open in October.
