Our community is governed under Florida statutes by a ruling body of seven members (TCM Board), as detailed in our prospectus and a set of Rules and Regulations, which establishes guidelines to conduct the business of the Park. The Board meetings are held in the Clubhouse on the third Monday of each month at 9:00 a.m. from October through April. A workshop is held on Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. prior to each meeting to set the upcoming meeting's agenda.
The Park also features a Recreation Board (TCM Rec Board) that oversees and underwrites all recreational activities conducted in the Park. The Rec Board meetings are held in the Clubhouse at 9:30 a.m. on the second Monday of each month from November through April.
Under the authority of the Rec Board, various Activities Committees have been established to oversee the recreational activities available to Park residents.
