We are a resident-owned 55 and older community. We are located in the outskirts
of the quaint, picturesque and historic community of the City of Palmetto in Manatee
County, Florida.
Our community has a lot to offer. We invite you to come and visit us on site. Find

Let us start by congratulating the new Rec-Board officers for the current term
and legacy established in the past. To the rest of us, let us continue supporting
the activities that make our community great!
I would like to remind every one of our next Shareholders meeting that is
scheduled for Thursday, March 15. Please mark it in your calendars.
Do not forget Valentine's Day! Give your sweetheart a hard time and, of course,
sass him/her at every opportunity you get, demand to be pampered and given
gifts which you do not deserve and, last but not least, have a great Valentine's
Day!

to view present and past storms, pictures and videos of such storms and much,
