Terra Ceia Manor (TCM) is a Homeowners' Association. Our membership share price is presently set at $31,000.00 per share on new shares. Any approval of membership and/or sale within the Terra Ceia Manor Community will be in accordance with TCM prospectus and Florida Statutes. When Purchasing, transfer of the Share is required for properties which already include the Share. Our Monthly Maintenance Fees for Shareholders, is presently set at $110.00. Homes, which do not include a Share (ref. Lease #2), have presently a Monthly Maintenance fee of $415.61 for regular lots and $420.61 for corner lots. Maintenance Fees include; Water and Sewer Charges. Garbage pickup two times per week, recyclables once per week, yard waste once per week and Lawn Maintenance.
