We are a resident-owned 55 and older community. We are located on the outskirts of the quaint, picturesque and historic community of the City of Palmetto in Manatee
County, Florida.
Our community has a lot to offer. We invite you to come and visit us on site. Find out what we are all about. We would also like to extend an invitation to you, to participate in some of our activities-sort of taking you for a spin. We are sure you’lllike it.
